THE CUSTOMER BEHAVIOR
In holiday me and my mom goes to mall to bought some of my mom needs. In front of the mall , I saw a lot of people went to mall with many expressions of they face. Some people with happy expressions and the other with sad face , maybe they just tired to go over with the mall and not find what they want. My mom call me because am I so slowly ,I walk so fast to my mom before she angry. Me and My mom walk in to supermarket .My mom pick a basket to carry what her needs. We walk in to side of meats. In there my moms start to choice what she likes. My mom pick up a sirloin meat and a chicken meat. She start to thinking what she will buy. One minutes is over and she decided to buy a chicken meat and get it to the basket. I ask to my mom “Mom why you decide to buy chicken meat ?”.Says me to my mom”. “I will to cook a chicken soup for dinner”.Answer my mom to me.I am not satisfied of she told .I am so curios, I don’t agree with my mom and start to ask again.“ Its that to expensive for you and because that you choice a chicken meat other than a sirloin meat”. Says me to my mom. My mom with confuse expression and start to smile look at me likes am I the comedian. “ Its not like that, ya maybe a little ,I thinking the price to expensive for me ,but that not a problem. I buy that because I want to cook a chicken soup for yours dad”. Answer my mom to me .After that conversation my mom start to walk in to side of vegetables. She choice carrots, tomatoes, potatoes, and the other of ingredients to cook a lot of chicken soup for dinner.I bored to wasting time and wait my mom shopping for our dinner. I ask again to my mom. “ Mom can I buy something for snack?. Says me to my mom. “ Sure, but you must choice ,what you needs and no to buy anything just because you likes, you now that’s right ”.Answer my mom to me. “ Yes ,of course I now, I study that in college of the lesson customer behavior. We must buy , what we needs but sometimes , some people buy something because they likes not they needs”.Answer me to my mom.I start to leave mom and walk in to side of snack.I choice a potato snack with flavour chicken barbeque,chocolate stick and chocolate bickuit. My hands full of my goods, because am I not carrying basket to carry that’s.After I choice what I needs. My mom walk in to me and ask me. “ Its yours done with your shopping ?”.Says mom to me. “ Sure”.Answer me . “Ok, we must go to cashier and pay of our good’s.”Says my mom to me.After that me and my mom go home and I feel so tired.
